Meet the absolutely adorable Southdown Babydoll sheep

Meet the Southdown Babydoll Sheep

What’s IS a Southdown Babydoll Sheep??

Southdown is the breed of the sheep.  While Southdowns have the wooly soft coats and teddy bear faces, the Babydoll Southdown are smaller in stature.  Either way they have great personalities and are very quick learners. They are sweet and docile and will eat from your hand.

Southdown Babydoll sheep are great pets.  They keep your grass mowed and your face happy. Our first Southdown Babydolls, Stella and Lily were dreams come true.  We just had to get more.

Did you know?

Babydolls are only about 18 to 24 inches tall when they're fully grown. They can weigh between 60 and 125 pounds. Because of their small size, they're easy to handle and popular as pets for children and for 4-H projects.
